Student Support at a Glance
Student services at Weatherford College encompass a broad range of academic, developmental, and enrichment opportunities. These services are intentionally structured to support learning, foster personal growth, encourage involvement, and remove barriers that may impact student success. Students are encouraged to take an active role in utilizing available services early and consistently during their time at the College.
Academic and Instructional Support
Weatherford College provides academic and instructional support services to help students navigate degree requirements and achieve their educational goals. Academic advising assists students with program planning, course selection, and understanding graduation requirements. Instructional support services, including tutoring and learning resources, are available to enhance classroom success. The Testing Center provides secure testing for placement exams, accommodated testing, and approved make-up examinations. Eligible students may also receive additional assistance through Student Support Services (SSS), which offers grant-funded academic and retention support.
Student Life and Campus Engagement
Student life at Weatherford College is enriched through opportunities that promote involvement, leadership, and connection. Student Life & Activities offers co-curricular programs, student organizations, and campus events that foster community engagement. Intercollegiate athletics programs support student-athlete development while emphasizing academic success. Residence Life provides on-campus housing along with programming that encourages a vibrant residential learning environment. Students have access to dining services through the Coyote Café, course materials and campus merchandise through the College Bookstore, and official identification through Student I.D. services. Graduates are encouraged to stay connected through the Alumni Association, which supports lifelong relationships with the College.

The Student Development and Wellness Center offers services focused on mental health, personal development, and life balance.
